1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR OUR GARMENTS TO BE?

Our garments are something exceptional and their manufacture takes time. They are exclusive, personalized and designed to the taste of a very particular group of users. the inputs that compose them are requested at the moment of defining the design and receiving the initial payment and the suppliers that have delivery times that are added to ours. In our high seasons there may be more than 100 schools in process and each one requires special attention, which is why we recommend starting early. On average, the manufacturing time for our polo shirts is 30 business days and for our jackets, 30 business days. A contract is always made with a maximum period of 30 business days for polo shirts and hoodies and 30 business days for jackets.

2. HOW MUCH ARE THE GARMENTS WORTH?

It all depends. Our philosophy is that each garment is unique. Its design must have elements with which each prom is identified and that make it something exclusive, different and very valuable. for this reason the exact price of each garment can only be determined when the design is ready. Our range of prices and products is very wide. they can vary for t-shirts and polo shirts from $40,000, from $90,000 for Hoodies, from $120,000  for jackets. the complexity of the design, the fabric and its properties, the size and quantity of embroidery, sublimation or printing, the size of personalized names, the quantity and type of elements to be personalized such as zippers, buttons and brooches, the quantity of garments requested, may affect the price.

3. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

All our garments have a one-year guarantee. For it to be valid, it is important to follow the care and washing instructions provided on the label. When warranty problems arise, it is necessary for users to take the garment to our office to examine each particular case and find a solution.

4. WHAT ARE THE CARE I SHOULD TAKE WITH THE GARMENTS?

Care and washing instructions are as follows unless otherwise stated: Machine washable on gentle cycle with neutral soap (or soap for delicate fabrics) that does not contain bleach or fabric softeners. do not soak, do not wring, do not scrub, dry in the shade, do not use bleach or fabric softeners.

5. I COULDN'T ORDER THE GARMENTS ON TIME, CAN I DO IT LATER? I DID NOT PAY MY JACKET ON TIME, WILL I RECEIVE IT THE SAME DAY?

You can order your garments at any time, but it is likely that it will not be delivered together with the others and will have an additional value. once the contract has been signed, a process that has many stages begins. If you were unable to pay your first installment before this process began, you may have to wait until the first jackets are delivered to order yours. At that time, all those who wish to request it and have not been able to do so will be grouped together to start a new batch that will be governed by another contract with the same characteristics as the first.

6. IF I DID NOT ORDER MY CLOTHES WITH THE OTHERS, ARE THEY VALUE THE SAME?

Unless 19 other colleagues with you also request it, the price of the garments will increase. Being a smaller number of jackets, the fixed costs of their production, such as transport, freight, program development and names make the price rise.

7. HOW ARE THE JACKETS PAID?

Generally the payment must be made 50% when the process begins and 50% when the jacket is delivered. You can also pay all at once if you wish. On occasions, when the process begins sufficiently in advance and you have the support of parent representatives, a payment can be agreed in more than 2 installments.

8. CAN I PAY THE JACKET IN FULL UPON RECEIPT?

No, you must pay at least 50% to be included in the contract, otherwise your jacket will not be made.

9. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF JACKETS YOU MAKE?

Our policy is to make a minimum of 15 jackets, so it's complicated and expensive to make one or two. however, you can contact us for any request and we will resolve this question as the case may be.

10. WHAT IS THE IDEAL DATE TO START THE JACKET PROCESS?

At least 6 months before finishing tenth grade. so they will be able to receive them when the year ends and they will be sure to enter eleven with them. If you wait to enter grade 11 there will be many more expenses for the parents. Since the maximum manufacturing time for our garments can be up to 30 business days, and the design and consultation process sometimes also requires a long time, it is highly recommended to start early.

11. WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAY THE JACKET AND LOSE THE YEAR?

It would make us very sad. If you request the cancellation of your jacket after the process has started, you will be deducted a value proportional to the time that has elapsed. If not, you'll have a nice keepsake from your prom, but you can't get your money back. in that case you should ask about our "loyal customer discount"

12. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SIZE OF THE GARMENTS I RECEIVED DOES NOT FIT ME RIGHT?

When taking your size you must measure yourself one of our garments specially designed for this purpose. If the garment you received is too big or too small for you, we look for your size in the approved lists, attached to the contract, and compare it with the one you measured yourself. If it doesn't match, we'll exchange it for another, if it's the same, no. In that case, you will have to find another solution that may have an additional cost, so it is important that you be careful when measuring it.

13. CAN I CHANGE THE NAME I CHOOSE FOR MY GARMENT?

If you request the change before the embroideries are scheduled, it is possible. you must do so no later than one week after the start of the contract. you must call 3162324204 to request it.

14. WE DON'T AGREE WITH THE DESIGN THAT WE MAKE?

Don't worry. For this we have created several tools that will allow them to reach an agreement and there is also our design department. It is important to choose the bossteam first and maybe schedule a meeting to help them with the subject and to be able to present a proposal that everyone loves.

What can I do?

If you do not pay your last installment, you will not only delay the delivery of your jacket but also that of your colleagues. The production of the jackets is governed by a global contract, not an individual one, so delivery is subject to everyone's payment. if some do not have the money, delivery should be delayed until they do. In special cases, when the number of people is minimal, payment agreements can be reached, but it is important that the parents and/or legal representative intervene.
