• COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTESS.AS we are a company dedicated to clothing with more than forty (40) years of experience, positioned in the national market in different lines of production such as sportswear, business, school, medical and casual. Whose technological platform BULLWINSCONFECCIONES.CO offers and markets to users all kinds of textile products that they can buy in real time, in accordance with their personal needs.
• By contracting to make any type of purchase through BULLWINSCONFECCIONES.CO you agree to have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions shown below. continuation. Likewise, you guarantee that: (i) you are of legal age; (ii) has full capacity to enter into contracts; (iii) you only use the BULLWINSCONFECCIONES.CO Platform to make purchases of textile products for you and/or for another person for whom you have authorization to act; and (v) all the information that you provide to COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS is true, exact, current and complete.
• Before confirming your purchase request by clicking on the Buy button and prior acceptance of these General Conditions, we advise you to review the terms and conditions. The mere use of the Platform implies the acceptance of each and every one of the general and particular conditions included in these terms and conditions. Reading it will allow you to better exercise your rights as a consumer. We suggest you print them and keep them, along with the rest of the purchase documentation. Remember to take note of the Purchase Request number that will appear on the screen when confirming your request. I. IF YOU MAKE ANY PURCHASE THROUGH BULLWINSCONFECCIONES.CO, KEEP IN MIND THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

HOW DOES THE RESERVATION AND PURCHASE PROCESS WORK?When you send a Purchase Request through the BULLWINSCONFECCIONES.CO Platform, you authorize us to manage your reservation and to process the respective charge(s) to your account or card. Pay close attention to our subsequent communications, where we will inform you about the progress and status of your Purchase Request. The successful completion of the management of the reservation and/or the confirmation of the purchase, depend on the full and timely payment of the price. As long as full payment of the purchase is not confirmed, the Purchase Request will remain on hold and could be canceled by the Supplier. The final confirmation of the purchase of the product and prices will occur with the issuance of the electronic ticket/s or the sending of the voucher - whichever applies - and its invoicing. In credit operations, the specific requirements set by the issuing bank must be met. The issuance of the electronic ticket or voucher - whichever applies - attests to the acceptance of the Supplier's conditions and the signing of the contract between the Supplier and the person whose name(s) appears /n on said electronic ticket and/or voucher.
If the Purchase Request is subject to confirmation - a circumstance that will be informed in the first email you receive - the amounts paid before confirmation will be received as a reserve. If your Purchase Request is ultimately rejected for any reason (for example, due to insufficient balance on your credit card, lack of availability, rate variation, etc.), BULLWINSCONFECCIONES.CO will proceed to inform you of the options available for the purchase. In the event that you wish to insist on the purchase or reservation or, at your request, it will refund the amounts paid. If after entering your Purchase Request you do not receive an email with the purchase information, check the Spam folder and/or contact the customer service line with the Purchase Request number, from there you can make arrangements and/or clear up your doubts.

b. WHAT PERSONAL DATA SHOULD I ENTER?You must complete all the fields with exact data in order to make the purchase. By entering your personal data on the Platform, you declare that said data (the "Personal Data") is accurate, precise and true, and you undertake to update such Personal Data as necessary. BULLWINSCONFECCIONES.CO is not responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by you. You guarantee and are responsible for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data entered.

c. WHAT CONTACT DETAILS ARE NEEDED?:You must enter an email address in the "Contact Information" section. This email is our way of contacting you. Check that the email provided as a point of contact is correct and keep an eye on the information that will be sent to said email. It will be considered that You took timely knowledge of the confirmation of your Purchase Request or of any inconvenience or variation to it by sending said information to the email address provided by You. Keep in mind that if the email entered by you contains an error, you will not receive essential communications for the management of your Purchase Request.
d. WHAT BILLING DETAILS ARE NEEDED?: You must enter your exact tax information in the "Shipping-Billing Data" section in order to issue the corresponding tax receipt. You declare that said data is exact, precise and true. BULLWINSCONFECCIONES.CO will not be responsible for the issuance of documents with incorrect information provided by you. You guarantee and are responsible for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the tax data entered. Updating the Personal Data mentioned in point II will not affect the tax billing data provided by you. In the event of inconsistencies between the billing data provided by you and those reflected in the sales receipt, the customer may request through the customer service channels the correction of the invoice within 30 days from the date of issuance of receipt.

and. WHAT WILL I HAVE TO PAY? HOW DO THE MEANS OF PAYMENT WORK?: When you reserve one or more items in the shopping cart, you must pay (i) the price or rate set for the item and (ii) taxes applicable to the product. BULLWINSCONFECCIONES.CO offers you two payment alternatives to be able to make the purchase that consist of: (i) Payment in cash when the product is delivered and (ii) transactional channel called "Mercado Pago" through which you can pay with (a) Credit card; (b) Cash, by authorized correspondents; (c) PSE (Debit Cards).

F. WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?? Keep in mind that when you inform BULLWINSCONFECCIONES.CO of your account or credit card details (using the form available on the Platform), and then accept or confirm the operation, you are authorizing us to charge for: ((i) the price or rate set for the garment and (ii) taxes applicable to the product.If you make a reservation in installment option and/or by credit card, keep in mind that:
1. The interest and/or taxes that payments in installments could generate are added to the price or rate proposed for the service, and said total is divided by the number of installments selected for payment, for which COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS has no responsibility
2. If you have agreed with your credit card issuer, life insurance for debit balance or other charges that affect the total financial cost, remember to consult with your issuing entity the validity, conditions and costs of such insurance or charges, which are naturally unrelated to COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS and depend on and/or vary as agreed by you with each issuer or card operator. We recommend that you find out about the conditions of use and interest rates of your credit card before using the payment method in installments.
3. If you make a cancellation after the purchase, provided that the particular conditions allow it, COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS will not refund or be responsible for the interest that the original transaction has generated, while THE COMPANY does not receive such interest.
4. The price to be paid could be charged in national currency or in dollars, depending on whether the services are local or foreign. In case of being charged in dollars, the charge will be made against the international quota of your card. In any case, regardless of the currency of collection, the rate or price will be the one that was informed to you and that was accepted by you. Remember that, in front of international operations, some banks and credit card operating companies impose certain charges, in addition to taxes, which may apply according to the relevant foreign law. Additionally, your bank may convert prices to local currency and charge a conversion fee. It could happen that the exchange rate used by the bank is different from the one presented on the Platform, so you could experience a variation between the amount charged by the bank and the amount reported on the Platform. The bank is the one who determines the exchange rate and the international transaction fee. In case of doubts about the exchange rate and rate applied to your reservation, contact your bank;
g. HOW DOES PAYMENT OPERATE THROUGH PSE?The payments and transactions of each financial entity linked to the PSE system are not made on the BULLWINSCONFECCIONES.CO website or technology platform. To make each payment, the User connects to the website of the selected financial institution, which is the one that provides the technological security measures, accepts, authorizes and validates each payment.
COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS in no case and under any circumstances, knows or stores the data, account number or passwords related to any means of payment linked to the PSE system, nor the data of debit or credit cards or any other means of payment related to said system. COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS does not assume any type of responsibility that may be generated by the improper use or loss of control of the data or passwords related to any means of payment linked to the PSE system. Nor does it assume any responsibility, nor does it grant any guarantee to the User in relation to the financial services provided by the PSE payment platform, or for the financial services or payment methods provided directly by each financial or banking entity, especially in the case that it cannot carry out operations due to defects that occur in the operation of the PSE System, for any delay, interruption, error, technical failure, non-availability or failure on the website of the selected financial or banking entity and also for any direct or indirect damage that arises from such circumstances.
h. WILL I HAVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL?: COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SASinforms you that in accordance with the provisions of Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, (Colombian Consumer Statute), in Colombia the right of withdrawal operates in all contracts for the sale of goods and provision of services through financing systems , timeshare sales or sales that use non-traditional or distance methods, which by their nature should not be consumed or have not started to be executed before five (5) days. To exercise this right and receive the amount paid, without discounts or withholdings, you must, within five (5) days following the purchase transaction, notify COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS of your decision in this regard, in writing or by means of electronic or similar.
Once the request is made, you must proceed with the return of your money, through a credit, a chargeback to your credit card or the return of the amount paid, according to the most convenient means of return. If the payment had been made by bank transfer, COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS will require your data again to be able to manage the reimbursement by that means. The return will be guaranteed in the following 30 calendar days, after the acceptance of your WITHDRAWAL.
Yo. ONCE A PURCHASE REQUEST IS CONFIRMED, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL IT? IF I DO IT, DO I HAVE ASSOCIATED COSTS?:If you request cancellation, annulment or change outside the deadlines and procedures explained in the previous point, referring to the withdrawal, it will proceed as follows:

• CANCELLATION:In case of making cancellations outside the period of time of the right to withdraw, without appealing guarantee or not confirming, there will be no refund of the amount paid.

• CHANGE:You may request a change of a garment by size or color taking into account the following general conditions:

b) The shipment of the new garment will NOT be free.

d) Change garments must have their respective labels on the garment, changes with removed labels are not accepted.
• WARRANTY:For clothing products, a 30-day guarantee will be given, after receipt of the product, as an obligation to respond for the good condition of the product and its conformity with the legally required suitability, quality and safety conditions or those offered. take into account the following general conditions:
a) For clothing items; footwear, accessories, the legal guarantee will be one month from receipt of the product.

b) Once the term of the legal guarantee expires, the client must assume the payment of any revision, diagnosis, repair and/or spare part that the good requires.
​
c) The manufacturer and/or supplier has specialized workshops.
​
d) COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS will proceed to exchange a product or refund the amount paid for it, at the choice of the consumer, provided that While within the warranty period, the product recurs in the same fault or the spare part required for its correct operation is not available.

e) If the product is in a place other than the place of purchase, the customer must bear the transportation costs to make the guarantee effective.

f) In case of money back, the value paid at the time of purchase will be delivered.

g) These conditions are available for consultation on our Platform. Review them before booking, remember that promotional garments do not admit changes and/or returns, or admit them with restrictions and/or with penalties,
In the case of returns approved by the Supplier, these may be made through a credit or a chargeback to the same card with which the purchase was made. If the payment was made in cash and/or bank transfer, COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS, will require your bank details to make the refund by bank transfer. The terms of reimbursement and/or charge reversal will not exceed 60 calendar days.
j. ONCE MY TRANSACTION IS PROCESSED, CAN I REVERSE THE CHARGES MADE TO MY CARD? HOW DOES THE REVERSAL OF CHARGES OPERATE? Decree 587 of 2016 of the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism grants you the power to request the reversal of your payment, only if your case falls into one of the following cases:
1. You were the object of fraud.
2. Your position corresponds to an unsolicited operation.
3. The purchased product was not received.
4. The delivered product does not correspond to what was requested, does not meet the inherent characteristics or those attributed by the information that was provided about it.
5.The delivered product is defective.
Thus, if you reasonably consider that you are involved in any of the above grounds, you must request through the customer service line, immediately, the reversal of the payment with the grounds in which you are COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS, will give you a procedure number and a certificate of having made the reversal request through this web page.

COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS, within five (5) business days following the request, will send this reversal request directly to its issuer of the payment instrument (Bank), so that it processes and guarantees the return of the objected amounts. to your Credit Card. You can directly validate the status of your reversal request with your bank, presenting to it the procedure number and/or proof of having completed the reversal request form.

Remember that in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.2.2.51.4., of Decree 587 of 2016, you have five (5) business days following the date on which you received notice of the operation that you wish to reverse to start the process. before COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS, or before the issuer of your payment instrument (Bank).

Once the request for reversal has been submitted to the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used, the participants in the payment process will have a term of fifteen (15) business days to make it effective.

COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS, warns you that by virtue of the provisions of Article 2.2.2.51.10, of Decree 587 of 2016, if as a result of your reversal request, you receive amounts that exceed what was originally paid, you will be responsible of their return. We also warn you that under the terms of article 51 of Law 1480 of 2011 and article 2.2.2.51.12. of Decree 587 of 2016, if it is shown that you were not involved in any of the grounds for reversal established in the form, COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS, and/or the issuer of your payment instrument may definitively charge the claimed transaction to your card or means of payment.

Finally, we highlight that the BAD FAITH of the consumer in the reversal process will be sanctioned by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, under the terms of Decree 587 Article 2.2.2.51.13, up to fifty (50) current legal monthly minimum wages (smmlv) .
k. COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS will analyze the claim, and will respond to the same email informed by you as soon as possible. If from the review of the background it is appropriate to accept all or part of the claim, THE COMPANY will let you know and will send you the corresponding agreement by email. The foregoing, without prejudice to the fact that THE COMPANY could offer you an alternative solution, different from the requests made by you.
If you agree with the proposal, you must sign the corresponding agreement and send it to COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS at the address indicated. Once THE COMPANY has received the document, a customer service agent will contact you to inform you of the payment date and other conditions for compliance with the agreement.
he. Full Acceptance Of Terms
The Consumer expressly declares that they have the legal capacity to use the Platform and to celebrate the commercial transactions that may be generated. Likewise, he states that he has provided real, truthful and reliable information; therefore, expressly and unequivocally declares that it has read, that it understands and that it accepts all the situations regulated in this document of Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform, for which reason it commits to full compliance with its duties, obligations, actions and omissions expressed herein.
In the event that Consumers from other countries use the Platform to request products and services in Colombia, they are fully subject to the provisions of these terms.
COMERCIALIZADORA MUNDIAL DE DEPORTES SAS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will enter into force from the moment indicated; failing that, it will be understood that its application is immediate. By using this Platform after the modifications are published, you agree to be bound by said modifications, alterations or updates of the Purchase Conditions, without the right to make any claim in relation to it.
